Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Enquiry form: name, phone, email, message, selected service and photos – to reply and give you an estimate. Legal basis: your consent and steps before entering a contract.
- Orders: contact details, description of work, furniture photos, payments and invoices – to perform the contract and keep the accounts required by law.
- Offers and discounts: your email and name – only if you ticked that you want them. You can withdraw at any time: every email has an “Unsubscribe” link, or just write to us.
- Reviews: if you leave a review, it may be shown on the website with your name.
- Cookies: essential cookies keep the site working; visit statistics (Google Analytics) only with your consent. You can change it via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
Artificial intelligence (AI)
To reply faster and more accurately, we may pass the text of your enquiry and furniture photos to Google’s AI service (Gemini), which helps us draft a reply and an estimate. We do not pass your phone number or email to the AI. A person always reviews and sends the reply.
We use Google’s free plan, so under Google’s terms the data may be used to improve Google’s services. If you prefer your enquiry not to be processed by AI, say so in your message or contact us.
Who receives the data
We never sell your data. It is processed only by our service providers: website and email hosting (Hostinger, EU), backups (Google Drive), AI assistant (Google Gemini), visit statistics (Google Analytics, only with consent). Accounting records go to our accountant and, where the law requires, to the State Tax Inspectorate.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that did not lead to an order – 2 years.
- Orders, invoices and other accounting records – 10 years, as required by accounting law.
- The offers mailing list – until you withdraw your consent.
- Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable form and withdraw consent at any time. Email us at info@atnaujinkbaldus.lt – we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the admin area is password-protected and backups are made. Only staff who need the data for their work can access it.
Changes
If our data handling changes, we will update this policy – the date is shown at the top.
