What we renew

Most of our work is upholstered furniture for homes. We assess every piece individually, because condition and wishes always differ.

  2. 02 ArmchairsOld, vintage and designer pieces. Where needed, we sand and refinish the wooden parts.
  3. 03 Dining chairsA single chair or a full set. We use the same fabric throughout, so the whole set matches.
  4. 04 HeadboardsNew fabric and soft padding, so your headboard suits a refreshed bedroom.
  5. 05 Leather furnitureWe replace cracked or worn leather and faux leather and renew the soft parts.
  6. 06 RepairsWe fix wobbly frames, broken springs and worn webbing.

Fabrics we have in the workshop

All of these fabrics and faux leathers are made for furniture: strong, built for everyday use and long-lasting. Tap a palette to see all of its colours.

  • These are the palettes we currently have at the workshop. On request we can source and order other fabrics.
  • You’re welcome to bring your own fabric, and we’ll upholster with it.
  • Genuine leather is available to order.
  • Colours on screen differ slightly from the real thing, so the shade and texture are best seen in person at the workshop.

    You send photos of the piece and tell us what you’d like to change.

    Assessment

    From the photos we give you an estimate. We confirm the final price once we’ve seen the piece.

    Fabric and price

    Together we choose the fabric and agree on the final price and timing.

  4. 04

    Work and handover

    We renew the piece in our own workshop. You collect it, or we arrange delivery.

Timing depends on the work involved and the fabric. We always agree on it before we start.

What the price depends on

Four things shape the price. We assess them together with you and agree the final price before any work begins.

  1. The piece

    Size and shape: chair, armchair, sofa or corner sofa. The more upholstered parts, the more work.

  2. Condition

    We check the frame, springs and filling. If needed, we reinforce the frame and replace compressed foam.

  3. Fabric

    The fabric or faux leather you choose, and how much is needed, affects the price. You can also bring your own fabric.

We renew chairs, banquettes and waiting room furniture. We choose fabrics that stand up to daily use and plan the work around your opening hours. We issue invoices to companies.

How much does reupholstery cost?
It depends on the size of the piece, its condition, the work involved and the fabric. Send us a photo and we will give you an estimate. We confirm the exact price once we have seen the piece and you have chosen the fabric.
Is it worth reupholstering an old sofa, or should I buy a new one?
If the frame is solid, reupholstery usually costs less than a good new sofa, and you keep the shape and size you are used to. Once we have seen it, we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
How do I choose a fabric?
We will help you choose by colour, abrasion resistance, care and your needs, for example a fabric that copes well with pets or children.
Do you work outside Kaunas?
Yes. Our workshop is in Kaunas (Aleksotas), and we take orders from all over Lithuania.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We renew furniture for cafés, restaurants, hotels, beauty salons, offices and public institutions, and we issue invoices to companies.
Do you give a guarantee?
Yes, our work comes with a guarantee. We agree on its terms before we start.
